Extremely pleasant From the time I entered the facility and was immediately greeted it seemed organized, professional, and friendly. Russ Mann was personable and accommodating. Patiently answered my questions. Offered hospitality extras. Treated me with respect. Was genuinely friendly. He got my loan through, took care of after hours insurance business. He and the business manager both were willing to stay after hours to finish up. John was also patient and accommodating. Russ has called me a couple of times to follow up. The facility itself was squeaky clean and attractive. An overall pleasant experience. I feel warmly toward Autopark Honda.
